1. Shipping Charges
   Orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Automatically calculated shipping charges are for USA UPS ground only! Alaska, Hawaii, will occur additional shipping charges. To expedite order processing, most smaller charges will be added without notification. Additional Shipping Information.
2. General shipping: all in stock items will be shipped within 2-5 working days. This excludes special orders. All seasonal items are subject to availability, especially during off season. Please order early.
3. Priority Processing: All requests for priority processing will incur an additional shipping charges. We can ship overnight, 2-day or 3-day - please specify.
4. ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO THE CARRIER AT TIME OF DELIVERY. All shortages and breakages must be notified to BakingShop within THREE DAYS of receipt of shipment. Failure to notify of any damage or shortage within this time frame may result in loosing the right to compensation
5. Videotapes and books are non-returnable.
6. Edible goods are non-returnable.
7. Individual Cake Kits (ICX) are non-returnable.
8. All sugar equipment orders from the International School of Confectionery Arts are not returnable.
9. Returns
   Orders below $10 (excluding shipping charges) are not returnable. There is a 25% re-stocking fee on items returned. Items must be returned to us within 15 days of the invoice date , undamaged, and in undamaged packing. If the item is damaged or used, we will not accept the return. Please e-mail us for a RMA number prior to returning an item. Returning an item without an RMA number will delay your refund. International Orders are not returnable.
   Please do NOT contact the fulfillment center (shipper) as they are unable to help you. We are always reachable by e-mail and love to help.
10. All specialty orders are non-returnable. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of order.
11. PRICES CHARGED FOR GOODS SHALL BE THOSE RULING AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT AND THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW ANY ITEMS IN THE CATALOGUE OR CHANGE PRICES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE IS RESERVED.

If ordering by mail, please print out the regular order form (shopping basket) that shows your purchase including the shipping charges.
